Southern charm on a bun! In just 20 minutes, get this easy weeknight win or backyard party champion with creamy aioli, a touch of medium heat, and classic Southern flavours. Plus, we’re keeping it lean with protein-packed chicken breast.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine aioli mix, mayo, and lemon juice, if using. Set aside.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high. Lightly brush with oil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together rub and oil. Cut chicken breasts in half, widthwise. Coat chicken with wet rub. Place on grill. Grill with lid closed until cooked, about 7–8 min per side. Add buns for the last 1 min of cooking; grill until lightly toasted.
  4. Meanwhile, slice tomato.
  5. To assemble, spread toasted buns with 1 tbsp aioli per sandwich, or more, as desired. Divide chicken, tomato, and lettuce between buns.
